Sense my space

John Thomson (1837-1921) was a first Scottish photographer, geographer and traveler. He was one of the first photographers to travel to the Far East, documenting the people, landscapes and life of eastern cultures. Photographs has been taken during period of 1868-1872. He visited almost unpopulated regions far inland. Most of people had never seen camera. He photographed beggars and street people to Mandarins, Princes and government officials, monasteries and Imperial Palaces, simple rural villages and landscapes.
